JOY TOWER is an 11-storey commercial building where the facade was envisioned as a contemporary identity for the development. Designed by ASRO Arcade, the facade combines clean geometry, strong vertical articulation, and a balanced composition to establish a refined corporate presence within the urban context.

The design focuses on creating a timeless architectural expression through carefully proportioned glazing, solid elements, and rhythmic façade detailing. The interplay of transparency and opacity adds visual depth while ensuring a cohesive appearance from every viewing angle.

Rather than relying on ornamentation, the facade derives its character from proportion, repetition, and precision—resulting in a modern commercial envelope that is elegant, efficient, and enduring.
