Developed for Suncity Projects in Suncity Anantam, Vrindavan, this mixed-use structure integrates retail and hospitality. The first two levels function as a vibrant commercial mall, while the upper six floors are planned as premium serviced apartments. The design strikes a balance between public engagement and private comfort, wrapped in a cohesive modern facade.
